Woollybutt Cabin is also known as cabin 33 Bogong Village. Bogong is a quaint, high country, village located in North East Victoria at the end of the Kiewa Valley, halfway between Mt Beauty township and Falls Creek ski resort.

The village is set amongst beautiful European gardens, on the bank of Lake Guy and surrounded by the Alpine National Park – an oasis within a typical Australian backdrop.

The property has been independently assessed by AAA Tourism and has been rated a 3.5 star property. The cabin is a premium property within Bogong Village being recently fully refurbished including new bathroom and kitchen facilities, an entertainer’s “dream” sundeck, outdoor hot tub accessed straight off the deck, wood fire heater and reverse cycle ducted heating/airconditioning. In addition the deck and hot tub command wonderful lake views.

Woollybutt is a 3 bedroom cabin which can sleep, up to, 6 people. The master has a queen bed, while each of the other bedrooms can be configured as either 2 singles or a queen bed. In addition, one bedroom can be locked making the cabin a more affordable two bedroom property which can sleep, up to, 4 people.

Woollybutt cabin is self-catering and all beds are made upon arrival, including bathroom towels for guests. In addition, the village has an onsite manager, together with a housekeeping and a maintenance department, all at your service.
